All rectangles apart from the center white one are re-rendered and made in SiteSpinner Pro. On the workpage, all the gaps are even. The center white one is an external white borderless rectangle, (Blank.gif) but with a border added by the .html code -- this is the only one not re-rendered.
In preview, the center white rectangle shifts markedly in relation to the other rectangles (all browsers). Also, in IE the blue background color spills one pixel into the bottom of the white rectangle -- this does not happen in SS Basic or Web Dwarf.
